Water in piston chamber, oil and white smoke from exhaust

Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Petrol 2006
Despite my hesitations I bought a bottle as I didn't have the money to have it repaired properly. After flushing my system with water to clear out any debris I poured in the steel seal. Once I started the car it was very smokey but it cleared up after 5 mins running. The car was still smoking a tiny bit after the running time. However the next morning it started up fine and no smoke came from the exhaust. The only issue I had was my
thermostat started to stick and caused the water temp to fluctuate.*
