Steel Seal Review: Customer brought their (new to them) horse box in to us for a once over and health check aswell as a few other bits and pieces needing done.
Upon first inspection could see a problem with the cooling system having pressurised and then bubbled over out of the expansion tank (where I could also see remnants of an inferior product) told the customer they've been sold a dud and advised on two options, one price for replacing the head gasket etc and another for the use of steel seal (having also used it in banger racing cars knew it wouldn't let me down).
Flushed out the coolant system with cold water thoroughly, then re added coolant along with three bottles of steel seal. Low and behold just over an hour later the customer can happily take her horses out again!!
