Steel Seal Continues BTCC Sponsorship
Steel Seal, sponsors of both Power Maxed Racing and Halfords Yuasa Racing, are continuing sponsorship of both teams in the 60th Anniversary year of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
Steel Seal, a global brand providing a pour-in head gasket repair fix, has grown since its first sponsorship of two Power Maxed Racing Chevrolet Cruzes in the BTCC, justifying its decision to sponsor more than one team in 2017.
“Steel Seal is a product suitable for anyone who owns a vehicle with a water-cooled system, but sponsorship of motorsport is a great way to reach a highly engaged, relevant audience. Our stockists have reported a substantial increase in sales and we have experienced an exponential increase in orders since our first BTCC sponsorship in 2015,” comments Adam Weaver, Managing Director of Steel Seal Ltd.
“A blown head gasket is a critical problem with any vehicle, so it can be difficult for customers to find the funds to pay a mechanic for the number of hours’ labour required to complete the fix,” explains Graham Hollis, Sales Director at Steel Seal Ltd. “Steel Seal offers a money back guarantee but customers can still struggle to find the confidence to believe in a pour-in fix. The association of Steel Seal with the BTCC, a famously competitive championship, provides added reassurance to our customers that our product is one that meets the highest standards.”
Steel Seal will continue to be displayed on the livery of both Power Maxed Racing Astras and both Halfords Yuasa Racing Honda Civics. The PMR livery will be revealed on 27th March at the BTCC Media Day.
